Delivery & Setup Charges
Our delivery and setup charges are a bit higher for special events as we spend significantly more time and resources to prepare. This entails getting all of the equipment pulled, readied and loaded as well getting all staff prepared to serve your guests as expected.

Please add $7 each way to the above noted delivery/setup fees for the following:
- After 5:00 PM (but before 8:00 PM)
- Any Saturday or Sunday deliveries (Any late-night/after 8:00 PM deliveries will be negotiated on an event by event basis.)
Please note that delivery and pick-up charges are based upon fuel prices of $3.50 per gallon or less. When fuel prices exceed $3.50 per gallon charges will be adjusted accordingly (and subsequently reduced when fuel prices fall).
“Equipment Only” Deliveries & Pick-Up fees will begin at $25 and will increase based upon the following:
- Amount of equipment
- Driving distance
- Delivery and pick-up times
Delivery and setup charges for holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) begin at $100 each. Additional holiday service charges may apply, please inquire.
